The first part of the process is contacting us for your free phone consultation to ensure we can help you select the most suitable hearing aids. Our audiologist will request your latest hearing test results so they can analyze your results using specialized software and pre-program your hearing aids based on those results.
We can then provide a preliminary assessment, ensuring you have a clear understanding of our hearing aid options available online. The main goal of this phone consultation is to support and guide you to make an informed decision about your hearing aid(s) purchase.
Pre-programmed hearing aids
Upon receiving your hearing aids, which have already been pre-programmed using your hearing test results, they are ready for immediate use, and you can put them in straight away.
Our audiologist will contact you to ensure that you are hearing clearly through them and understand how to put them in and perform basic maintenance.
If necessary, we can make remote adjustments there and then to further customise your hearing aids to your personal preferences.
Reprogramming
Sometimes further appointments are needed to fine-tune the aids once you are more used to wearing them. Our hearing aid customer service includes complimentary reprogramming and readjustment of your hearing aids through remote assistance with one of our audiologists at a convenient time for you.
