The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
Order Processing Time
All international orders are processed within 48–72 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are processed on the next working day.
- A confirmation email/WhatsApp message will be sent once your order is ready for dispatch.

International Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and value of the order.
- Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or shared via email for manual orders.
- Medicart Global may offer discounted shipping on high-value orders.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
- The customer is solely responsible for paying any customs/import charges upon delivery.
- Customs regulations vary by country; please check with your local customs office for details.
Medicart Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Once the order is shipped, we will provide:

You may track your parcel anytime until delivery.
Packaging & Handling
All products are shipped with:

Undeliverable / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Non-payment of customs or duties
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
Shipping charges and return fees are non-refundable.
Reshipping will incur an additional fee.
Damaged or Lost International Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos/videos immediately
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery

We will assist with:
- Courier claim processing
- Replacement or partial refund (as per inspection and courier resolution)
If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with the courier and update you throughout the process.
