At Medi Cart Global, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of a hearing aid or accessory, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
- Custom-programmed or personalized hearing aids may not be eligible for return unless defective
- For hygiene and health reasons, used hearing aids or opened ear domes/tips cannot be returned, unless there is a verified product defect
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-molded or personalized hearing aids
- Opened or used ear tips, domes, or batteries
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
3. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchange and replacements will be delivered in 2 to 5 days of receiving of the product delivery time may differ depending on the location of the customer. Include clear photos and a description of the issue to help us process your request quickly.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at returns@medicartglobal.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping the item
- Pack the item securely, including all original components
- Ship to the address provided in the return instructions
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the product back from the customer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary
