At Medi Cart Global, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of a hearing aid or accessory, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
  • Custom-programmed or personalized hearing aids may not be eligible for return unless defective
  • For hygiene and health reasons, used hearing aids or opened ear domes/tips cannot be returned, unless there is a verified product defect

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-molded or personalized hearing aids
  • Opened or used ear tips, domes, or batteries
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable

3. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchange and replacements will be delivered in 2 to 5 days of receiving of the product delivery time may differ depending on the location of the customer. Include clear photos and a description of the issue to help us process your request quickly.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at returns@medicartglobal.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping the item
  3. Pack the item securely, including all original components
  4. Ship to the address provided in the return instructions

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the product back from the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary
